Multiplayer = Multifrustrating
December 13, 2005
Yeah - don't ask me about my multiplayer experiences with the Xbox 360, because I can name only one: a bit of fiddling around in one of the brief co-op minigames in Amped 3 (which really is an awesome game). Of course, I only had three games to fiddle with, so it's not something I'm blaming the system for. I am however, blaming it for having such a goddammed high price point for their controllers ($40 for wired, $50 for wireless - I shit you not), although in the end that just makes me feel more practical for waiting to get one. Man, I must have a higher Wisdom score than I knew, because sheeeeeit - if not, we'd have a 360, DS, and PSP by now, and I wouldn't have time to play any of them, Josiah would be disappointed in my buying habits, and I'd be even more broke than I am right now. BUT! It all turned out for the best. And stuff. Although I still want all three of those things. Patience, patience. And stuff.

BUT! BIG NEWS!

At last, we're putting the cardboard tube I took with me to BlizzCon (as the Cardboard Tube Pandaren) and had Tycho & Gabe sign is UP FOR AUCTION AT EBAY - and all the proceeds go to the excellent Child's Play Charity, so get out there and BID. Good cause FTW!

Well, I should flee for now - got things to do, and sleep beckons - but take care, and I'll see you guys on Friday with yet another LINKSTRAVAGANZA! Keep an eye out for it.

Giddy With Anticipation,
Annie "Blue" C

I only hope that I won't disappoint you

"Sweet Surrender"

Viewers of the auction will note that there is a reserve price on the tube. If the reserve price isn't met, we'll be donating at least the reserve price to Child's Play in addition to what we were planning on donating. In effect purchasing the tube for ourselves. If you want the tube, BID!
