Supposedly this is true - but I have a feeling that this tends to change nothing in the larger view. I think it just makes a small segment of people feel a bit less guilty about them, but not by all that much. And honestly: take a moment to think about their construction. Then shudder a bit with me. I'm not a vegetarian, but man, I draw the line somewhere, people. And those things are solidly on the other side.
Anyhow. THE HOLIDAYS ARE UPON US! And that means it is the season for guest comics, whilst Web Guy Josiah and I are away in AZ. Some excellent samplings await you from some very kind folks, and I owe them all major high-fives and crazy amounts of thanks. Watch for 'em!

* Here's a question: where are they taking the hobbits? Here's the answer: To Isengard. I think this video (and song) is a goddamn RIOT, but be duly warned that this song will probably stick in your brain and never leave.
